Catching up ....

This was a fun, busy day! I celebrated my 39th birthday ... and my boys made it really special.

Todd took the boys in the morning giving me a chance to sleep-in a little bit ... then we had lunch together at Red Robin .... Then Todd surprised me that evening, by bringing me to The Melting Pot on a date with him ... which actually was a night out with some fun girl-friends. It was quite a surprise ... And I LOVED it!!!

The boys (and Todd) ... bought me a beautiful mother and baby necklace which has diamonds in it ... but will have the kids birthstones in it ... I love it!

We then entered an extremely busy and stressful weekend!!!

Todd's sister and family flew in to Madison from Arizona ... so we all spent the weekend at a hotel with the family .... this included a lot of eating out and a lot of hockey games! Todd's nephew is playing for a team in Madison .... and he had a tournament this weekend.

It was nice to see family ... but stressful not being home. The boys have really come to needing home ... and my pregnant body and emotions are getting the best of me these days.

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!

We had fun on Valentines day ... although I was still recovering from the weekend .... but we had a valentines dinner which included 'heart' pasta and 'heart' garlic bread ... red spaghetti sauce and meatballs .... yummy!

Then we made heart cookies and decorated them .... so fun.

The boys were happy to get pillow-pets for valentines days also .... they have been asking for a while...and loved them.
